What is the Godly Shepherd bracelet made of? Stainless steel, plated with 0.7 micron for our beautiful rose gold finish. It is made without nickel or lead for a hypo-allergenic bracelet. 

What currency are the prices do I see in the site? You can find all available currencies at the bottom of the page.

Is there a warranty for the color of the bracelet? If so, how long does it last?The color warranty is for 12 months with the right care. You can find our care tips on the Jewelry Care page of the website. 

I just placed an order, when will it ship? We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3-5 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 3-5 days. Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at contactus@godlyshepherd.com.

Can my order be returned? What if there is an issue? We offer a 100 % money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 14 days to send it back to us for a full refund. Send us an e-mail via contactus@godlyshepherd.com for more information on the return proces. 
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Will I be required to pay taxes if I am ordering from outside of the Netherlands? Taxes may apply for countries outside the EU. These costs are separate from the shipping cost you pay. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now? If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at contactus@godlyshepherd.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address once your package has not been shipped yet. 

How long does shipping take? Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Delivery period may vary due to the different locations worldwide. The average shipping time is 3-5 business days.
