Hi loved one, my name is Ida and I am the founder of Godly Shepherd. I’d love to tell you more on how it all started. I got baptized in 2019 and it changed my life. My life was and still is far from perfect but it shifted my focus from perfection to progress and I've never felt more comfortable being in God's presence. I focused more on building a relationship with God than letting my shortcoming, fear and insecurities define me and distance me from God. This is not to say that I don't face challenging seasons, these are inevitable I believe. This is to say that through it all, I can lean on God and that gives me so much comfort. Knowing I am loved by God and I will always be good enough because He said so, gives me the encouragement I need to become the greatest version of myself. Embracing every part of my journey till this point. It teaches me how to give myself love and grace but also how to show other people love. On the journey of life, hearing the right words and having the right affirmations can make all the difference. It did for me in so many situations and I really wanted to share that with other women.
Together with a team we aimed to create something that would help women feel empowered and confident on their journey to becoming their best selves. I believe that we are all capable of great things if we put our minds to it and trust in God. That is how the Godly Shepherd bracelets came to live. A token of love inspiring women to pursue their dreams and be confident in themselves. Confident because they bring God along in every condition, on every journey. Jewelry became the vessel because of the sentiment it already carries. It created the perfect match. OUR VISION
